Overview

MailBeacon LLC ("MailBeacon", "we", "us") provides AI-powered email prioritization for Gmail users. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we access

MailBeacon uses Google OAuth to obtain read-only access to your Gmail inbox. We do not store the full content of your email messages. We process message metadata (sender, subject, snippet, timestamp) to generate priority classifications, which we store alongside your account.

How we use your data

Rank emails by urgency in your Inbox Command Center.
Send the daily SMS alerts you opt in to.
Add detected deadlines to your Google Calendar when enabled.
Improve classification quality from your explicit corrections.

Sharing

We never sell your data. We share only the minimum necessary with service providers (e.g. SMS delivery, AI inference) under contractual confidentiality.

Your choices

You can disconnect Gmail, opt out of SMS by replying STOP, or delete your account at any time from settings. Account deletion removes your stored classifications and revokes our Google access.
